The safety and wellbeing of our visitors, speakers, media and staff is of paramount importance to us as we look ahead to the International Defence Conference in 20 February at ADNOC Business Centre.
The implementation of enhanced measures will provide you with the assurance and confidence that our events have health and safety as our number one priority.
Travel and Health Protocol Guide
We are ensuring that the venue is regularly sanitised with additional measures applied to high traffic and high contact areas and surfaces prior and during the event days.
Staggered entry and appropriate one-way entry and exit systems. Room capacities and event distancing will be enforced through the usage of floor stickers and directional signage.
There will be hand sanitiser stations positioned at key locations throughout the venue.
Dedicated entry points for visitors will be equipped with thermal scanners for temperature checks prior to entering the venue.
Every attendee, speaker and staff is required to wear a facemask at all times when in the venue.
We are adapting a contactless format of registration and encouraging pre- registration in order to reduce queues on-site.
The strictest hygiene protocols apply from the point of delivery of items through to food preparation and service.
* Those measures are subject to change in alignment with international event industry best practice.
